Armand William ‘Bill’ Pardy, Jr, was born on December 13, 1948 to Armand William Pardy, Sr and Mildred Oliver Pardy, in Nuremberg, Germany. On July 11, 2020, he passed away in Oak Harbor, Washington.
He loved his home on Whidbey Island in Oak Harbor

Bill leaves behind his two beloved collies, Bo and Gina; a sister, Karen; two brothers, Gary and David; a daughter, Linnea; a son, Aaron; and 4 grandchildren.
A Memorial Service with Navy Military Honors will be held at Grace Community Church on Sunday, September 13th at 1pm. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to WAIF Animal Shelter in Bill’s name.
